Easter Vigil
In the daytime, you might make an indoor or outdoor Easter garden, if you have materials available to improvise with. If you do make one, send us a picture so we can share it with others on the website and on social media! (vicar@stbenetschurch.org). If you have covered up or taken down religious images at home, you could uncover them during the day, in readiness for the Vigil. If you have a candle, have it ready to light near the start of the service. It won’t matter if you don’t have one. You might also find a bowl of water helpful to reflect on your baptism. And you may want to greet the resurrection with a drink, or cake, or something else that will help you celebrate.
Service Available at 6pm
Good Friday Stations of the Cross
If you have a cross or crucifix at home, it might be a helpful focus for this service. If not, it doesn’t matter!
