Join us for all or part of a Benedictine quiet day, at St Bene't's. The day will include times of silent prayer, reflections on scripture and the Rule of Benedict, and space for art and journaling.  Parts of the day will be taught, and other parts self-directed.

Come and go as you need; congregational worship will take place in a pattern simlar to the Benedictine Hours, at 7am, 9am (Eucharist), 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, & 9pm.
Coffee and tea, bread and fruit will be available throughout the day, but meals are 'self-catering'.
